Double-Lin Warms Winter for Special Children with Love & Hope

As the harsh winter approaches and the chill deepens, there are always acts of kindness that cut through the cold wind, bringing warmth and comfort. Recently, children at the Hand-in-Hope Primary School in Xingping City, Shaanxi Province, received heartwarming gifts—300 down jackets donated by Zhejiang Double-Lin Valves Co., Ltd., along with 300 scarves, 300 hats donated by Hangzhou Moshanghua Knitting Co., Ltd., and school supplies contributed by kind-hearted individuals.

Since 2007, Zhejiang Double-Lin Valve Co., Ltd. has been deeply committed to philanthropy, always believing that the power of goodwill endures and multiplies. This time, a charitable initiative led by positive role model Hu Lei once again illuminated the corners of Xianyang, Shaanxi, with the glow of compassion.

This special hope primary school has been rooted in the rural community for 33 years. It is the only public welfare school in Shaanxi Province, China, providing free education to children with cerebral palsy, disabilities, visual and leg impairments, heart disease, albinism, rickets, as well as children from divorced families, impoverished households, and low-income families.

The initiator of this charitable effort, Hu Lei, has a particularly touching story. Once a recipient of social kindness himself, he chose to pay it forward and took the lead in advocating for the Hand-in-Hope Primary School. Inspired by his efforts, local distributors in Shaanxi actively joined hands with Double-Lin to support the cause.

Over 33 years of unwavering dedication, the school has nurtured 28,972 special children, of whom 6,892 have been admitted to universities, and 496 have pursued postgraduate studies. Once overlooked by fate, these children are now stepping into broader horizons, nourished by love and care.

The down jackets shield them from the biting cold, while the scarves and hats wrap their innocent hearts in warmth. The benevolent actions of Zhejiang Double-Lin Valves Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Moshanghua Knitting Co., Ltd. not only provide winter protection for the children but also make them feel the care and recognition from society.

Love knows no measure, and acts of kindness are always precious. The children of Hand-in-Hope Primary School are bravely shouldering the challenges of fate with their young shoulders, and every gesture of goodwill becomes a pair of wings to help them soar.
